Conference
Headquarters/Accommodations. The
Conference will be held at the Wyndham Greenspoint Hotel (12400
Greenspoint Drive, Houston, Texas 77060, USA) in Houston. Time
will be allowed within the program's schedule to take advantage
of the scenic locale, and optional pre- and post-conference activities
will be available for conference delegates and their companions.
Rooms
at the hotel sell out months ahead. Therefore, the Conference
secretariat has reserved the largest possible block of sleeping
rooms at the Wyndham Greenspoint Hotel. It is impossible to guarantee
that rooms will be available for late registrants. It is extremely
important that you make your hotel reservation as soon as you
know that you likely to attend the Conference. Conference registrants
can reserve rooms at the Wyndham Greenspoint Hotel at the reduced
group rate of $89/night/room plus tax.
Comparable
discounts in rates for suits are available. These rates are good
through July 12, 2007, unless the block sells out before that
date. If an attendee prefers to share a double-beds room with
another attendee, please contact the Conference Secretary at env-conference@AASci.org.
The hotel will begin taking reservations on February 1, 2007.

To qualify for the group rate, mention that you are attending
the "International Environmental Conference." The promotional
group code for the reservations is 0851926. Attendees can access

and follow the instructions to make an online reservation.
There is no need to type in a "group code", the group
code for our 2007 conference will already be typed in for you
when you get to this reservation page. A direct link to the reservations

US Government attendees will have to call the hotel to receive
