Cancellations received by May 20, 2018, will be refunded.
No refunds will be made after May 20, 2018, but paid no-shows will
receive all registration materials and proceedings covered by their
registration fees. Substitutions will be accepted at any time, preferably
with advance notice.
Because registration fees are the major source of funding for the Conference and a significant percentage of the registrants will make presentations, all presenting authors and session chairs are expected to register and pay the standard fees.
